ONE // Lighting is everything . If you are shooting your photos inside open up your blinds/curtains and let as much light in as possible .
If you are shooting outside , have the sunshine behind your photos at about a 45 degree angle .
If it’s overcast your pretty safe just check for those under eye shadows , and rotate your subject as needed .
TWO // Clean your phone lens! Have you ever gone to take a photo and it looks dull blurry and hazy? That’s because your lens is dirty . No need to do anything fancy just a simple wipe on your t-shirt will do . That’s the first thing I always do once I am ready to shoot .You want your image as clear and crisp as possible .
THREE // Edit your photos in the FREE mobile Lightroom app . I’ve used various apps throughout the years to edit my photos, & lightroom is by far my favorite . Its user friendly and its quick . takes about 30 seconds to edit & export your photos and that’s where you will do all your editing with our presets .
FOUR // Avoid using ZOOM and FLASH . Instead use the cropping tool you can find by clicking edit when viewing your photo . If you are needing extra light , try opting for an external source instead of the flash to get the best looking image . Or visit the edit button and try adjusting lighting settings when viewing the photo.
FIVE // Love that Boka look of a blurred background? But aren’t a professional , or don’t want to invest in an expensive DSLR ? Shoot in portrait mode, its one of the coolest features of the IPhone Camera.
